Description

The USB-C/A 3.2 Gen 1 Compact Industrial Hub, 4-Port expands industrial systems with two USB-A and two USB-C ports, offering data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbit/s. This makes the hub ideal for modern industrial and automation applications where both traditional USB-A devices and the latest USB-C peripherals need to be reliably integrated. The connection to the host system is made via a USB-C port with a screw-lock mechanism, ensuring a stable data connection during continuous professional use. Both the USB-A and USB-C ports feature screw-lock connectors for secure cable attachment. This reduces unintended disconnections and ensures a vibration-resistant connection in industrial environments. For flexible integration, the hub supports various power supply options. In addition to a standard DC connector, a 2-pin terminal block is available as an alternative power supply option. This allows the device to be easily integrated into existing industrial and automation environments. To enhance operational safety and system stability, the hub incorporates comprehensive protection functions on both the input and output sides. Protection mechanisms against undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, and short circuits reliably protect both the device and connected components from damage. Additionally, ESD, surge, overtemperature, and reverse polarity protection enhance resilience against electrical disturbances and voltage spikes. The integrated soft-start function reduces inrush current spikes and helps preserve hardware over the long term. The compact housing was specially designed for continuous use in professional environments and enables space-saving integration into industrial applications. The hub comes with a wall-mounting kit for easy installation.
