Description

The USB 3.2 Gen 1 Industrial Hub, 7-Port was developed for professional industrial and automation applications and expands systems with seven USB-A ports with transfer rates of up to 5 Gbit/s. This allows a wide variety of USB devices such as sensors, cameras, input devices, storage media or control components to be reliably connected. For high integration flexibility, the hub supports two different power supply options. In addition to a classic 12V DC connection, a 2-pin terminal block with an extended input voltage range of 7V to 30V is also available. This makes the device ideal for use in a wide variety of industrial power supply concepts. The compact aluminum housing ensures a stable and durable construction in daily use. In addition, integrated LED status indicators provide a quick overview of the system's operating and connection status. The hub has extensive protection mechanisms for reliable continuous operation. Integrated protection circuits against undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuits contribute to operational safety and protect both the device itself and connected components. In addition, overtemperature, reverse polarity, ESD and surge protection increase resistance to external influences and electrical voltage peaks. An integrated soft-start function reduces inrush current peaks and supports the long-term stability of the hardware. For easy integration into industrial environments, the hub is supplied with a wall/table mounting kit and DIN rail kit. This allows the device to be installed flexibly in control cabinets, production facilities or industrial workstations. The hub also supports the latest versions of Windows, macOS, ChromeOS and Linux and enables quick commissioning without the need for complex configuration.
