O Digitus DN-81316 é um transcetor ótico QSFP28 paralelo, conectável, com quatro canais para aplicações IEEE 802.3bm, 100GBASE SR4 ou aplicações 40 Gigabit Ethernet e Infiniband FDR/EDR. O módulo ótico QSFP28 full-duplex fornece 4 canais independentes de transmissão e receção, cada um com capacidade de 26 Gbps para uma taxa de dados total de 104 Gbps ao longo de 70 metros utilizando a norma OM3. Estes módulos foram concebidos para funcionar em sistemas de fibra ótica multimodo com um conjunto de lasers VCSEL de 850 nm. Pode ser ligado à tomada do módulo QSFP um cabo de fita de fibra ótica com um conetor MPO/MTPTM. Os transceptores QSFP28 SR4 têm uma maior densidade de portas e permitem poupar nos custos globais do sistema.
